中华人民共和国教育部
中华人民共和国教育部是中华人民共和国国务院主管教育事业和语言文字工作的国务院组成部门。教育部有19个内设司、局，还直接管理15个教育类社会团体和组织。教育部的职责有研究拟定教育工作的方针、政策;起草有关教育的法律、法规草案;负责教育基本信息的统计、分析和发布等。它既是行政管理机构，也是国立院校的经营者。

Ministry of the P.R.C. is a department in charge of education and language work under the State Council of the P.R.C. It has 19 departments and bureaus, as well as directly running 15 educational social communities and organizations.
