Dear Parents,

The Schools Sports Meet will be held at the Toa Payoh Stadium on 24 April, 2009, Friday, from 8:30a.m. to 4:30p.m. There will be no lessons on this day.

Primary 1, 2, 3 and 5 pupils (except1 the school’s players) need not come to school or join the Sports Meet.

Primary 4 pupils and all athletes are to come to school by 7:15a.m. on 24 April. They will be dismissed2 between 12:00 and 12:30p.m. from Tao Nan School. Please make sure that your child has breakfast.

Primary 6 pupils should come to school by 12:30p.m. They will be dismissed between 4:30p.m. and 5:00p.m. from Tao Nan School.

All Primary 4 and Primary 6 pupils should come to school in their sports suits.

Buses will collect your child from Tao Nan School to Toa Payoh Stadium. If your child needs to take the school bus on that day, please tell the school bus drivers.

All parents are invited to watch the Sports Meet at the Toa Payoh Stadium.
