Dongding oolong tea, a famous semi-fermented tea in Chinese Taiwan, is known as "the tea of the holy". Dongding tea growing area is 600-1,000 meters above sea level with highly viscous brown soil, where the annual temperature is 22℃ and annual precipitation is 2200 millimeters, with high air humidity and cloud cover all year round.
