B: Mrs. Smith is like a robot, she doesn't give us any slack.
A: Just because of this, you got a prize last month.
B: It's undervalued.

A: I'm not very busy right now. Do you want any help?
B: I don't think so. I'm just cleaning the room.

A: Hello, Jack, I'd like to ask you for a small favor. I hope you don't mind.
B: No, of course not. Anything I can do for you?
A: You see, Sarah and I are going to give a party and we want to invite a lot of people. But you know our apartment, which really isn't big enough. We wonder if it's possible for us to have it at your place, just for one evening, you know.
B: Well, I'd love to, of course. But just now it would be a little difficult; I'm having the house redecorated.
A: Oh, no. It wouldn't be now. It'll be in about two weeks.
B: Two weeks, I see. Unfortunately the job won't be finished until the end of the month.
A: Oh, that's a shame. I don't know what we'll do.
B: I'm sorry. I'd help if I could.
